Blank Rome Welcomes Real Estate Finance Associate in Washington, D.C.
Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Gabrielle C. Phillips has joined the Firm’s Real Estate group as an associate in the Washington, D.C., office.
Gabrielle joins the Firm from Gallagher Evelius & Jones LLP. She concentrates her practice on a wide range of real estate matters, counseling banks, financial institutions, REITs, and other sponsors on real estate financings, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and related matters. Her representations span a variety of disciplines including in healthcare, renewable energy, industrial, and office spaces.
Admitted to practice in Maryland, Gabrielle earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and her B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Maryland.
