Blank Rome Welcomes Real Estate Of Counsel Clifton Beech in Dallas

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Clifton Beech has joined the firm’s Dallas office as of counsel in the Real Estate group. Clifton’s arrival furthers the Real Estate group’s strategic national expansion, which recently welcomed partner Clara Feldman, who chairs the firm’s Luxury Brands practice and is a member of the Real Estate team in New York, as well as associate Cory R. Bernard in Los Angeles. Clifton joins Blank Rome from Beech Law.

Clifton is an experienced commercial real estate attorney who advises clients on complex real estate transactions, with a particular focus on acquisitions, joint ventures, and preferred equity arrangements. He represents investors and developers in a variety of matters, including dispositions, financings, development deals, and mergers and acquisitions involving real estate assets and related businesses. He also structures private equity and joint venture deals to support acquisitions and investments. Clifton's experience spans multiple asset classes, such as multifamily, commercial, industrial, data centers, and more.

Prior to founding his own firm, Clifton was an associate at Winstead PC, Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, PC, and Holmes Firm PC. Admitted to practice in Texas, Clifton received his J.D., cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law and his B.A., with honors, from Texas Tech.
