Blank Rome Welcomes OnRamp Fellow in Firm’s New York Office
Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Shalu Rastogi has joined the Firm as an associate in the Finance, Restructuring and Bankruptcy group in the Firm’s New York office. Ms. Rastogi joins Blank Rome through the Firm’s participation in the OnRamp Fellowship, an innovative re-entry program that matches experienced women returning to the workforce with top organizations. Blank Rome’s first OnRamp fellow, Kathy Herman, joined the Firm earlier this year.

Ms. Rastogi has more than 17 years of professional experience, and concentrates her finance practice in the commercial lending area, with a particular emphasis on asset-based and acquisition finance.
Admitted to practice in New York, Ms. Rastogi earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, and her B.A. in English and Politics, cum laude, from New York University. During law school, she was an editorial board member of the Virginia Journal of International Law and a member of the J.B. Moore Society of International Law.
