Blank Rome Welcomes New Trusts & Estates Associate in New York

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Kyle G. Durante has joined the firm’s New York office in the Tax, Benefits, and Private Client practice group as a trusts & estates associate.

Kyle joins Blank Rome from Day Pitney LLP. He focuses his practice on providing sophisticated counsel to high-net-worth individuals and families in trust and estate matters to create tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies through estate, tax, business succession, and asset protection planning.

Kyle has notable experience counseling clients on exemption capture planning, drafting estate planning documents, preparing gift tax, estate tax, and fiduciary income tax returns, as well as assisting individuals with the establishment and maintenance of tax-exempt organizations, foundations, and trusts. He also has experience managing contested and uncontested estate and trust administration matters within the court systems and representing clients in matters before the New York Surrogate’s Court.

Admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York, Kyle received his J.D. summa cum laude from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, his B.A. from the University of Buffalo, State University of New York, and his A.S. from Erie Community College. During law school, Kyle served as the managing editor of the Touro Law Review.
