Blank Rome Welcomes New Tax Associate in Philadelphia
Prior to joining Blank Rome, Timothy was a tax manager at a Big Four accounting firm. He concentrates his practice on a wide range of tax matters and regularly provides multistate tax guidance and assists with the implementation of corporate restructurings and performs tax due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, including providing advice related to U.S. state income taxes, transfer taxes, and employment taxes. He also handles tax controversy matters as well as provides state tax advice related to federal tax reform and various other state tax assistance for corporate taxpayers and individual taxpayers.
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Timothy earned his J.D., cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law. He received his M.B.A. and B.S. in Accounting, summa cum laude, from the University of Scranton.
