Blank Rome Welcomes New Real Estate Of Counsel in New York

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Seth A. Liebenstein has joined the Firm’s Real Estate group as Of Counsel in the New York office, which recently welcomed Stacy H. Louizos as a partner in the Corporate, M&A and Securities group and Christopher P. Miskolczi as a commercial real estate associate.

Seth joins Blank Rome from Belkin Burden Goldman, LLP, and focuses his practice on transactional real estate law, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, commercial leasing, and cooperative and condominium representation, both locally and across the United States. He manages transactions for numerous property owners, developers, generational real estate families, and an array of investors regarding the acquisition, financing, and disposition of multifamily properties, mixed-use buildings, shopping centers, commercial and retail buildings, commercial and residential cooperative and condominium units, and single-family homes.

Seth is also experienced in handling all aspects of commercial leasing transactions, regularly representing landlords, tenants, and subtenants throughout the United States in connection with all property types, including office buildings, restaurants, and retail space.

Admitted to practice in New York, Seth received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his B.A. from Binghamton University. Prior to practicing law, Seth was a commercial real estate broker for GVA Williams where he earned the Associate Deal of the Year Award.
