Blank Rome Welcomes New Real Estate Associate in New York
Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Christina M. Preminger has joined the firm’s New York office as an associate in the Real Estate group, which recently welcomed leading partners Christy L. Reuter, Sonia Kaur Bain, and J.J. Broderick, as well as of counsel Kerri L. Alessi and associate Matthew J. Crawford. Christina joins the firm from Quinn McCabe LLP.
At Blank Rome, Christina focuses her practice on commercial real estate finance, representing investment and commercial banks, real estate investment trusts, private equity funds, insurance companies, and other financial institutions as lenders in the structuring and origination of mortgage and mezzanine loans secured by various types of real estate that are either sold by such lenders or sold into the capital markets. She also has experience representing real estate developers and hotels in both transaction and litigation matters.
Admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, Christina earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and her B.A. in Economics and Political Science, magna cum laude, from Binghamton University.
