Blank Rome Welcomes New Real Estate Associate in New York

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Thomas L. Margiano has joined the Firm’s New York office as an associate in the Real Estate group, further adding to the group’s significant expansion this year with the notable additions of partners Michael Peskowitz and Lauren Scarantino in New York; of counsel Richard A. Fineman in Philadelphia; and associates Michael M. Denci and Jackson P. Gayle in New York and Washington, D.C., respectively.

Thomas joins the Firm from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. He represents owners, developers, and borrowers in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financings, and leasing of large mixed-use properties, office and retail facilities, and hotels. Thomas also counsels large institutional investors in connection with the origination, securitization, and sale of mortgage and mezzanine loans.

Admitted to practice in New York, Thomas earned his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and his B.A. in English and American Literature from Hofstra University.
