Mandato has joined the Firm’s New York City office as Of Counsel in the Matrimonial & Family Law group, which has recently expanded significantly on both the East and West Coasts and received notable survey rankings in U.S. News & World Report – Best Lawyers® 2018 “Best Law Firms” and Chambers High Net Worth 2017.
Albert joins the Firm from Katsky Korins LLP where he practiced matrimonial and family law. He has extensive experience litigating and negotiating complex matters involving custody and parental access, child support and spousal maintenance, the evaluation and distribution of assets, post-judgment modification and enforcement of support and custody orders, and the validity of matrimonial agreements. Prior to Katsky Korins, Albert served as a matrimonial attorney for 15 years combined at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara & Einiger LLP in Nassau County and at Bee, Eisman & Ready, which merged into Abrams Fensterman in August 2002.
Admitted to practice in New York and Colorado, Albert received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his B.A. from Reed College. He is a member of the Family Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.
