Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Kelly L. Henry has joined the firm’s New York office as an associate in the Insurance Recovery group, which recently received high rankings and recommendations in the 2025 editions of Chambers USA and The Legal 500 United States. Kelly joins Blank Rome from Cohen Ziffer Frenchman & McKenna LLP.
Kelly focuses her practice on representing and advising corporate, institutional, and individual policyholders in high-stakes insurance recovery matters against global insurers. She has represented policyholders across a broad range of industries—including technology, financial services, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and entertainment—providing strategic coverage analyses and recommendations, assisting in pre-litigation claim advocacy and negotiation, and resolving disputes through litigation and arbitration.

Admitted to practice in New York and Delaware, Kelly received her J.D., summa cum laude and Order of the Coif, from The Pennsylvania State University, Penn State Law, and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. During law school, Kelly served as a member of the Penn State Law Review and as a clinic intern with the Intellectual Property Clinic.
