Blank Rome Welcomes New Government Contracts Of Counsel in Washington, D.C.

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Anne M. Donohue has joined the Firm’s Washington, D.C., office in the Government Contracts group, which recently welcomed Dominique L. Casimir as a partner.

Anne brings more than 20 years of experience to Blank Rome, previously serving as a general counsel, senior vice president, vice president, and member of the CEO leadership team in the capacity of chief legal officer, secretary, or assistant secretary for various professional services and government contracting companies where she advised on and directed all legal matters affecting the companies. She focuses her legal practice on government contracts matters, notably advising on corporate transactions; regulatory, compliance, and ethics reporting; governance and legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; and litigation, including bid protests as well as contract and employment-related disputes.

Admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Virginia, Anne earned her J.D. at the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and her B.A. at the University of Michigan. She is an active member of the ABA’s Public Contract Law Section and serves on the board of visitors for the Columbus School of Law. Anne is also dedicated to pro bono service.
