Blank Rome Welcomes New Government Contracts Associate in D.C.

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Robyn N. Burrows has joined the Firm’s Washington, D.C., office as an associate in the Government Contracts group, which also welcomed Luke W. Meier as a partner in the same office earlier this month.

Robyn joins the Firm from Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald. She concentrates her practice on government contracts and other complex commercial litigation matters. Robyn is experienced in litigating complex construction and government contracts disputes, including claim prosecution and defense, drafting and negotiating claims and requests for equitable adjustment, and advising clients on matters relating to the Contract Disputes Act, the False Claims Act, and contract termination procedures. She also has extensive litigation experience in federal and state courts and in various alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Prior to entering private practice, Robyn practiced administrative law at a nonprofit government accountability organization in Washington, D.C., representing clients before agencies and federal courts in matters involving statutory and constitutional challenges to federal regulations and agency decisions.

Admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Virginia, Robyn earned her J.D., cum laude, from the George Mason University School of Law where she served as a research editor of the George Mason Law Review. She received her B.A. in Political Science, summa cum laude, from Houghton College.
