Blank Rome Welcomes New Corporate, M&A, and Securities Associate in New York
Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Peter M. Melampy has joined the Firm’s Corporate, M&A, and Securities group as an associate in the New York office.
Peter joins Blank Rome from Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. He concentrates his practice on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, securities regulation, public and private securities offerings, and general corporate matters.
Admitted to practice in New York, Peter earned his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and his A.B. in Economics, summa cum laude, from the University of Georgia.
