Blank Rome Welcomes New Corporate Litigation Associate in Chicago

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Andrew Schrag has joined the Firm’s Corporate Litigation group as an associate in the Chicago office, which continues to expand following the additions of partners Vanessa G. Tanaka, Craig R. Culbertson, and Paul H. Tzur earlier this year.

Andy joins Blank Rome from GoodSmith Gregg & Unruh LLP, and previously practiced at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He concentrates his practice on corporate litigation matters and has litigated and tried high-stakes cases in state and federal courts nationwide. Andy has handled disputes involving a broad range of practice areas, including commercial finance, trade secret, contract, antitrust, tort, class action, employment, and regulatory disputes.

In addition, Andy has designed and conducted internal investigations involving potential accounting irregularities, regulatory compliance, and white collar criminal allegations. He also represents clients pro bono in immigration matters, including U-Visa and asylum applicants.

Admitted to practice in Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Andy earned his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School and his B.A. in Political Science and International Relations, magna cum laude, from Carleton College.
