Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Paisley S. Park has joined the firm’s Dallas office as an associate in the Corporate, M&A, and Securities group. Her arrival coincides with the recent additions of partner David M. Clem and associate Megan Altobelli, who joined the Dallas office as members of the firm’s Business Litigation group and Financial Services industry team. Paisley joins Blank Rome from Jackson Walker.
Paisley advises clients on a range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate finance, and general corporate governance. Paisley has been a trusted business adviser and attorney to both private and public companies in the United States and abroad.
Admitted to practice in Texas and Missouri, Paisley received her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, her LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law, and her B.S. from George Mason University. While in law school, Paisley served as the primary editor of the Washington University Jurisprudence Review.
