Blank Rome Welcomes New Consumer Finance Litigation Associate in Philadelphia
Mr. Brodowski joins the Firm from Stradley Ronon LLP. He concentrates his consumer finance litigation practice on defending mortgage servicers, retail banking institutions, credit card companies, and student lenders, among others, from disputes arising under the TILA, FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, ECOA, RESPA, and a variety of common law claims. Additionally, Mr. Brodowski counsels clients within the retail banking and credit card industries with regard to marketing initiatives, advertising, debt collection, consumer protection issues, and regulatory compliance matters.
Admitted into practice in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Courts of the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court of New Jersey, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Mr. Brodowski earned his J.D. from Widener University School of Law, and his B.S. in Biology from the University of Delaware. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Brodowski worked as a senior staff scientist in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, where he performed microbial DNA sequencing analysis, and developed biochemical assays for generic drugs.
