Blank Rome Welcomes New Consumer Finance Associate in New York
Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Chenxi Jiao has joined the Firm’s New York office as an associate in the Consumer Finance group.
Chenxi joins the Firm from Hogan Lovells LLP with more than 10 years of experience in the financial and regulatory sectors and with cooperative and condominium law. She concentrates her practice on consumer finance litigation matters, representing financial institutions in disputes under TILA, RESPA, FCRA, ECOA, FDCPA, state law UDAAP claims, common law claims, and federal class actions. She also represents clients in a broad range of complex litigation matters in state and federal courts.
Chenxi is admitted to practice in New York as well as the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. She earned her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School where she graduated cum laude and Order of the Coif. She received her B.A.S. in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
