Blank Rome Welcomes New Commercial Litigation Associate in Philadelphia
Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Heidi G. Crikelair has joined the Firm’s Philadelphia office as an associate in the Commercial Litigation group, further adding to the group’s recent expansion with the additions of Partner Andrew K. Fletcher, Of Counsel Richard M. Weibley, and Associate Kevin M. Eddy in the Pittsburgh office, and Partner Charles S. Marion and Of Counsel James T. Giles in the Philadelphia office.
Ms. Crikelair joins Blank Rome from Schulte Roth & Zabel, LLP. She concentrates her practice on complex commercial and securities litigation, representing public and privately held companies and their directors and officers in financial services, pharmaceutical, and other industry sectors. Ms. Crikelair also has trial experience, including jury trials, and federal and state court and arbitration experience involving the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the American Arbitration Association.
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New York, Ms. Crikelair earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she served as an editor for the Journal of Law & Liberty. She received her B.A. in Political Studies, summa cum laude, from Gordon College.
