Blank Rome Welcomes New Chief Information Officer

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Frank Spadafino has joined the Firm as Chief Information Officer. He is based in the Firm’s New York office. Frank comes to Blank Rome from Hughes Hubbard & Reed where he served in the same role.

At Blank Rome, Frank will lead Firm-wide information technology activities and initiatives across all practices and geographies, and will work closely with the Firm’s leadership, practice groups, technology team, and administrative professionals to help achieve the Firm’s strategic objectives. With 30 years of experience successfully managing all aspects of global information systems, Frank has served as chief information officer and held various technology roles in both the legal and investment banking industries.

Frank received his M.B.A. in Information Systems from Baruch College and his B.A. in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany.
