Abramson has joined the firm’s Philadelphia office as of counsel in the Business Litigation practice group, which recently welcomed partner Graham Cronogue and the Honorable Mitchell S. Goldberg, immediate past Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Glen joins Blank Rome from Milberg Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman PLLC.
Glen brings more than two decades of experience in complex litigation, having successfully led landmark class actions and high-stakes commercial disputes across privacy, consumer protection, securities fraud, and whistleblower claims, securing over $700 million in recoveries for clients. Glen’s current practice focuses on cutting-edge issues at the intersection of technology and law, including privacy, artificial intelligence, biometric data, and digital surveillance. He has represented clients in cases involving misuse of online tracking technologies, algorithmic discrimination, and violations of state and federal privacy statues such as the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, California Invasion of Privacy Act, and Biometric Information Privacy Act.
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Glen received his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School, and his B.A., with distinction, from Cornell University. Glen also serves as a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
