Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Jennifer K. Malow has joined the firm’s Wilmington office as an associate in the Finance, Restructuring, and Bankruptcy group. Jennifer joins Blank Rome from Gebhardt & Smith LLP.
Concentrating her practice on a wide range of finance, restructuring, and bankruptcy matters, Jennifer’s clients include multinational financial institutions, international corporations, and governmental entities.
Jennifer has experience representing clients in connection with restructurings, reorganizations, and workouts; contested matters and adversary proceedings; plan negotiations; secured transactions; creditors’ rights; and intercreditor relationships. She is an active participant for the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation, the Turnaround Management Association, and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
Admitted to practice in Delaware, the District of Columbia, and Maryland, Jennifer received her J.D from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. from Vanderbilt University. After law school, Jennifer served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Martin Glenn at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of New York, and a judicial clerk for the Complex Commercial Litigation Division (“CCLD”) of the Delaware Superior Court.
