Blank Rome Welcomes Corporate Litigation Partner in New York
Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Gabriel Levinson has joined the Firm as a Partner in the Corporate Litigation group in the New York office. Gabriel efficiently and skillfully guides clients through complex legal matters in the areas of commercial, real estate, entertainment, and insurance recovery litigation. He comes to Blank Rome from Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP where he was a partner in the firm’s Litigation, Real Estate, Internal Investigations, and Retail practice groups.

As a front-line litigator, Gabriel has secured jury and non-jury verdicts in New York courts, and regularly appears pro hac vice in both state and federal jurisdictions across the United States. Gabriel has also appeared before several alternative dispute tribunals, such as the American Arbitration Association and the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, demonstrating his ability to handle sophisticated ADR matters. Gabriel’s substantial client base—both national and international in scope—includes global retailers, world-renowned vineyards, national distributors, commercial and residential real estate owners, operators and developers, asset management firms, nightlife and restaurant owners, financial and real estate investors, design professionals, entrepreneurs, artists, and high-net-worth individuals. He also works closely with boards of corporations, majority shareholders, and co-op and condominium boards.
As a Certified Fraud Examiner, Gabriel has led corporate and internal investigations on behalf of retail companies and multinational corporations. Gabriel’s investigative work includes uncovering fraudulent activity, conducting independent assessments, formulating recommendations, and mitigating damages by proactively handling crises.
