Blank Rome Welcomes Corporate Litigation Associate in New York
Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Craig M. Flanders has joined the Firm as an associate in the Corporate Litigation group. He is based in the Firm’s New York office. Mr. Flanders joins Blank Rome from Wuersch and Gering LLP, alongside Samuel D. Levy, who recently joined the Firm as a partner in the Corporate Litigation group.
Mr. Flanders concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, and has substantial experience in successfully prosecuting and defending a wide variety of litigation and arbitration matters from inception through trial and appeal in federal and state jurisdictions throughout the United States and abroad.
His practice encompasses sophisticated international and domestic commercial disputes spanning breach of contract, trade secret, trademark, copyright, antitrust, franchise, business torts, maritime, employment, product liability, insurance recovery, real estate, creditor-debtor, and other issues, often involving cross-border litigation or transactions.
Admitted to practice in New York and the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of New York, Mr. Flanders earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law, and his B.S. in Political Communications, from the University of Texas, where he graduated cum laude. During law school, he served as an editor of the University of Missouri Law Review.
