Blank Rome Welcomes Investment Management Associate in New York
Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Jennifer Patt has joined the Firm’s New York office as an associate in the Corporate, M&A, and Securities group. She will serve as a member of the Firm’s Investment Management group, which has grown its national practice this year through the notable additions of Partner and Investment Management Co-Chair Stacy H. Louizos and Partner Jodi L. Lashin.
Jennifer joins the Firm from Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP. She concentrates her practice on investment management matters, representing registered investment companies, independent boards of directors/trustees of registered investment companies and business development companies, and investment advisers on a wide range of regulatory, compliance, and corporate governance matters under the federal securities law.
Admitted to practice in New York, Jennifer earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and her B.A. in English from Cornell University.
