Blank Rome Welcomes Consumer Finance Litigation Associate in New York
Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Hilary Korman has joined the Firm’s New York office as an associate in the Consumer Finance Litigation group, which also welcomed Partner Scott E. Wortman last month.
Ms. Korman joins Blank Rome from Warshaw Burstein, LLP. She concentrates her practice in all areas of consumer finance litigation, compliance, and commercial litigation. As a member of the Firm’s consumer financial services team, Ms. Korman will counsel her clients on a variety of matters, including disputes under TILA, RICO, RESPA, FCRA, ECOA, FDCPA, state law UDAP claims, and a variety of common law claims.
Admitted to practice in New York, Ms. Korman earned her J.D. from New York Law School. She received her B.A. in Political Science and Psychology, cum laude, from Boston University.
