Gantman Kaplan negotiated an extraordinarily favorable result in a contentious sex discrimination claim filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against a Fortune 15 company for nuisance value. A key to the case was the deposition of the plaintiff, after which the opposing counsel acknowledged Gantman Kaplan had demonstrated the claim was frivolous. Gantman Kaplan also obtained a voluntary dismissal of what was potentially a large class and collective action filed against a casino client by current and former game dealers.
