The star-crossed couple took out a $20 million mortgage, said Marilyn Chinitz, a top matrimonial lawyer with Blank Rome LLP.
Chinitz - whose clients have included Tom Cruise, Wendy Williams and Michael Douglas - said the empty estate could be costing the couple about $3 million a year.
