Blank Rome associate Ashley Brinn Levy has been invited to join and moderate a Lean In Circle within the Global Gaming Women (“GGW”) organization. Lean In Circles (“Circles”) are small, recurring gatherings where women in gaming come together in a supportive, confidential space to learn and grow. These circles harness the power of peer connection, mentorship, and shared experience.
As a Circle moderator, Ashley will initiate and lead meetings with four female leaders in gaming and will receive training and coaching from GGW. Circles provide opportunities for networking, peer mentoring, education, and support—and the moderator plays a central role in fostering these fundamentals. Topics explored in Circles focus on real-world issues that matter most to women in gaming, including (but not limited to):
- Power, influence, and the art of persuasion
- Work-life balance and the economics of well-being
- Personal branding and visibility
- Effective workplace communication
- Inclusive and authentic leadership
- Strategies for confidence-building and personal growth
Founded in 2011 as a development program by the American Gaming Association, GGW was launched as an independent charitable organization in 2016. Today, GGW delivers high-impact programs and events for women in the gaming industry, with more than 7,000 active members worldwide. Its mission continues to focus on education, mentorship, and global networking opportunities.
At Blank Rome, Ashley focuses her practice on advising and representing clients across a broad range of industries in business, litigation, real estate, land use, and gaming matters. In her gaming practice, she represents casinos, gaming corporations, slot machine manufacturers, payment processing companies, game and app developers, gaming equipment companies, and esports leagues in licensing, regulatory, governance, and compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions.
