About the Session
This session will provide an update on critical wage and hour developments, including a discussion of new or proposed joint employment, independent contractor, and overtime rules (including whether artificial intelligence is impacting the ability to demonstrate the “independent judgment and discretion” element of certain classifications), and how employers should adapt policies and practices to the latest pendulum swing.
