The training will teach volunteer attorneys how they can help low-income transgender clients change their names in Philadelphia. VIP is partnering with&nbsp;<a href="https://philalegal.org/">Philadelphia Legal Assistance</a>&nbsp;to connect more trans clients to volunteer attorneys in 2025.
