Lashify v. ITC This March decision by the Federal Circuit has the potential to clear the way for more companies to bring intellectual property cases at the U.S. International Trade Commission, by overturning limits on the type of investments that permit a litigant to file suit at the trade body. "The Lashify case is certainly the most significant case to come out about the ITC in quite a while," said Andrew Kopsidas of Blank Rome LLP.
