ABOUT THE SESSION

Blank Rome partner John A. Gibbons will serve as a panelist for the Association of Corporate Counsel (“ACC”) Greater Philadelphia Chapter’s Contracts & Commercial CLE Institute, being held Tuesday, March 4, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.

John’s session, “Insurance and Commercial Contracts: Flexible Assets for Your Bottom Line,” will take place from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. 

This program will cover topics including limiting liability; using insurance and contracts in mergers and acquisitions plans; and using and aligning insurance and commercial contracts to further business interests.
