Blank Rome partner Merle M. DeLancey Jr. will serve as a co-chair and speaker for the American Conference Institute’s (“ACI”) <a href="https://www.americanconference.com/big-four-pharmaceutical-pricing/">18th Annual BIG FOUR Pharmaceutical Pricing Boot Camp</a>, being held June 17 and 18, 2024, as a virtual conference.

Merle will join fellow co-chairs Felecia Manning (Director, Managed Markets Contracts and Government Pricing, United Therapeutics Corporation) and Joy Sturm (Partner, Hogan Lovells LLP) to present opening remarks on both days of the conference.

ACI’s BIG FOUR Pharmaceutical Pricing Boot Camp will introduce and reinforce core pricing competencies for Federal Supply Schedule (“FSS”) contracting with the “Big Four” agencies—Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, Public Health Service, and Coast Guard. The distinguished faculty of speakers, including government authorities and leading pricing practitioners, will go beyond the mechanics, to help attendees overcome calculation conundrums and operational challenges.

Merle’s session, “Focus on System for Award Management Compliance,” will take place on Tuesday, June 18, from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. EDT.
