This conference for the global anti-corruption community is designed exclusively for legal and compliance professionals. More than 800 cross-industry FCPA practitioners will offer two days of in-depth discussions and benchmarking on risk management, compliance, investigations, ethics, and enforcement. Shawn’s session, “FCPA Compliance Program Essentials,” will take place as a pre-conference workshop on Tuesday, December 3, at 9:30 a.m.

With recent updates to the Department of Justice’s (“DOJ”) Corporate Compliance Programs Guidance signaling an increase in agency expectations and oversight, it is more important than ever that companies take the necessary steps to ensure they have an effective compliance program in place.

This comprehensive, interactive workshop will set forth the building blocks of an effective FCPA compliance program and the key hurdles to implementation. In addition to answering the most burning questions, attendees will benefit from speaker-prepared reference materials and “closed door” discussions. Topics include:

Conducting a risk assessment to analyze a company’s infrastructure and data for compliance
