Zucker</a> has been elected to the <a href="https://www.insol.org/">INSOL International</a> Board of Directors, the leading global association of restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy professionals.

INSOL International is a worldwide federation of national associations representing accountants, lawyers, and other professionals who focus on turnaround, restructuring, and insolvency matters. With members spanning jurisdictions across the globe, INSOL International plays a significant role in advancing restructuring and insolvency practices, fostering cross-border collaboration, and influencing policy development to improve outcomes for businesses, creditors, and stakeholders worldwide.

As a member of the Board of Directors, Evan will help guide the organization’s strategic direction, governance, and global initiatives. Working closely with INSOL’s leadership, he will support the association’s mission to strengthen restructuring and insolvency systems, promote international cooperation, and address complex cross-border challenges. Evan has long been active within INSOL International, currently serving as the&nbsp;co-chair of the INSOL North America Advisory Council and previously recognized in the organization’s Young Practitioner Spotlight.

At Blank Rome, Evan concentrates his practice on corporate reorganizations and related complex litigation in national and cross-border matters. He frequently represents foreign representatives in Chapter 15 proceedings, creditors’ committees, secured creditors, indenture trustees, executory contract parties, and other key parties in interest.
