About the Program
This half-day event, which includes three CLE programs, will offer insights into the latest documentation trends of the U.S. corporate loan market and a close look at the negotiation of an intercreditor agreement in a bankruptcy context as well as the ethics of negotiation.
Michael, Joel, and Heather’s session, “Deep Dive into the Bankruptcy-Related Provisions of Intercreditor Agreements.” will take place from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.
About the Session
The panel will discuss the various bankruptcy-related concepts that are addressed in intercreditor agreements, and how those provisions affect the rights of debtors and creditors during a bankruptcy proceeding.
