The interpretation of contract language is one of the most consequential—and contested—issues in government contracts practice.&nbsp;The panel will explore the fundamentals of reading a government contract, the interpretive rules that govern disputes, and specific applications drawn from decisions of the Federal Circuit and the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals.
