Chris Petersen is part­ner and vice prac­tice group leader of the Busi­ness Lit­ig­a­tion Prac­tice Group, work­ing out of Blank Rome’s Los Angeles Office. While his prac­tice focuses on com­plex busi­ness dis­putes, primar­ily in the real estate sec­tor, Petersen handles addi­tional areas of lit­ig­a­tion, includ­ing trusts and estates and dis­putes related to Cali­for­nia charter schools. In the last sev­eral years, Petersen has tried or arbit­rated a sig­ni­fic­ant volume of three-to-four cases per year. Since join­ing the firm in 2013, he has tried or arbit­rated more than 30 cases, includ­ing as lead coun­sel on numer­ous trails and arbit­ra­tions.

Petersen is part of a Blank Rome team that rep­res­ents many of the largest non-classroom-based charter schools in Cali­for­nia.
