Brett explained, "Certainly, his counsel knew anything they file is public in California."

He continued, "I think this lawsuit emanates from a very emotional place for Brad and I think this is one of those situations where money is no object."

"If cooler heads prevail, it should settle. If they don't, I think a public trial is exactly what we may have in store for us,"&nbsp;Brett said.
