Blank Rome partner and Litigation Department co-chair Brett S. Ward recently spoke with Extra TV about the legal implications surrounding Aaron Phypers’ recent arrest and how it could affect his ongoing divorce proceedings with Denise Richards.
Brett explained, "If there is a finding of domestic violence, there is a presumption under California law that he is not entitled to spousal support. There are tremendous consequences to airing your dirty laundry in public."
