Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Jackielyn H. Abellada has joined the firm’s Los Angeles office as an of counsel in the Matrimonial & Family Law practice group. Jackielyn joins Blank Rome from The Zhou Law Group, APC.
Jackielyn’s practice spans the full spectrum of family law, including divorce, custody, support, property characterization and valuation, domestic violence, and parentage matters. She brings substantial courtroom experience, having handled evidentiary hearings, settlement conferences, and trials in both civil and family law matters. Her litigation background includes cases involving allegations of abuse, complex forensic issues, and high-stakes financial disputes.
Jackielyn is a Certified Family Law Specialist and has served on multiple court-appointed and volunteer panels, including the Minor’s Counsel Panel, the Daily Settlement Officer Panel, and various mediation and settlement programs across Los Angeles and Alameda counties.
Admitted to practice in California, Jackielyn received her J.D from Fordham University School of Law, and her B.A., cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
