A Blank Rome team successfully represented Ollie’s Bargain Outlet Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: OLLI) (“Ollie’s”), America’s largest retailer of closeout merchandise and excess inventory, in its acquisition of 40 store leases in the Big Lots Chapter 11 cases pending before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Including these, Blank Rome has assisted Ollie’s in acquiring a total of 63 former Big Lots store leases since the commencement of the Big Lots Chapter 11 cases in the fall of 2024.
