The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (“LCLD”) has recognized Blank Rome LLP as a 2024 Top Performer and Compass Award winner, highlighting the firm’s involvement in and promotion of the LCLD.
The Top Performer designation honors organizations who are most engaged with LCLD’s programs and activities throughout the year. The Compass Award recognizes individuals and organizations that fulfill the following requirements in a single calendar year:
- Member (Managing Partner/General Counsel) engagement with LCLD

- Nominate an LCLD Pathfinder
- Participate in an LCLD Pipeline Program (the 1L Scholars Program or the Success in Law School Mentoring Program)
As a longtime member organization, Blank Rome is proud to support LCLD in its commitment to building a more inclusive legal profession. Earlier this year, the firm announced that Natalie Alameddine joined the 2024 LCLD Fellows Program and Naomi Gallimore and Maria Rodriguez joined the 2024 LCLD Pathfinders Program.
