Blank Rome’s recognition on this list underscores the firm’s deep-rooted commitment to pro bono service as a core value.

Law360 Pulse&nbsp;also assessed firms’ broader&nbsp;<a href="https://www.law360.com/pulse/articles/2385999" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">social impact</a>. Overall, Blank Rome ranked 68th among the top law firms, earning scores of over 95 percent for employee engagement and over 50 percent for pro bono participation.
