Blank Rome is one of only 10 international law firms awarded for its experience in this practice area category based on performance in 2023.

In the China Business Law Awards 2024 supplement, the CBLJ quoted JD.com’s in-house counsel as saying Blank Rome, “…successfully resolved many disputes for us with their refined litigation and negotiation skills.” The in-house counsel also praised <a href="/people/mike-margolis/" id="19326">Mike Margolis</a>, Blank Rome’s <a href="/services-and-industries/cross-border-international/asia-practice/" id="18569">Asia Practice</a> chair and Shanghai office chair, for his “extensive litigation experience and skills….[and] innovative litigation strategies.” They noted that they “can trust Mike in all kinds of litigation in the U.S.”

According to the&nbsp;China Business Law Journal, this year’s winners under each category were scored based on the firm’s submissions, endorsement from client referees, and valid nominations from the industry, along with selections from government institutions, the judiciary, and academia.
