Firm Receives 100 Percent for the Tenth Year in a Row on Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Annual Assessment on LGBTQ+ Workplace Equality

Blank Rome LLP is proud to announce that the firm has once again earned a perfect score of 100 percent on the 2026 Corporate Equality Index (“CEI”), the nation’s leading benchmarking report on corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality, administered by the Human Rights Campaign (“HRC”) Foundation. With this score, Blank Rome has been recognized in the CEI for the tenth consecutive year and named a 2026 “Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion” recipient, joining 534 major U.S. businesses that also earned top marks this year.

The 2026 CEI assessed 1,450 U.S.-based companies on their LGBTQ+ workplace policies and practices across four central pillars: non-discrimination protections; equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families; fostering an inclusive culture; and corporate social responsibility. Blank Rome’s fulfillment of all CEI’s criteria resulted the 100 percent ranking and status as an “Equality 100 Award” recipient.
