The panel was organized by Stephanie, who is a co-chair of the ABA PCL Accounting, Cost and Pricing Committee, and <a href="/people/jennifer-a-short/" id="18959">Jennifer A. This panel will draw upon lessons learned during the pandemic and other times of shifting government policies and programs to discuss practices that might be applied to current and anticipated executive orders, contract modifications, and rule changes under the new administration. Topics include:

How companies can best manage enforcement risk, capture and characterize activities, and costs so as to serve their customers, protect their businesses, and ensure compliant practices in a fast-moving environment
