This third article continues the analysis of decisions by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit relating to computer software eligibility following&nbsp;Aatrix Software, Inc. v. Green Shades Software, Inc.&nbsp;It also includes a brief review of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO or PTO) guidelines (Guidelines) concerning subject matter eligibility and a short review of pertinent literature on this topic.
