The ADR Summit brings together not only alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) professionals, but the viewpoints of all stakeholders in dispute resolution—judges, in-house counsel, plaintiff lawyers, defense lawyers, policyholder lawyers, insurance lawyers, mediators, and arbitrators from all over the country (with panelists from 14 different states). Speakers will share viewpoints and perspectives on important topics for lawyers and ADR professionals concerned with dispute resolution.

Assessing Risks and Valuing Cases: A Deeper Dive 9:30–10:30 a.m.

Mediators stress risks and ask questions to assist parties in evaluating their cases and assumptions from this panel of plaintiff and defense counsel and coverage lawyers.
