Workouts are an unfortunate but occasional occurrence in the asset-based lending (“ABL”) industry. SFNet’s Workouts and Bankruptcy curriculum helps participants thoroughly understand the fundamentals of workouts and associated bankruptcy protocols, increasing preparation, and processes for managing distressed borrowers. Participants will further develop workout strategies and bankruptcy protocols, including learning about the typical rules governing managing a relationship with a bankrupt borrower.

The Workouts and Bankruptcy curriculum is suitable for account, portfolio, and credit managers with experience of at least two years, as well as those looking to learn more about managing relationships that are at risk of material default.

Attendees are eligible for 14 CPE credits.
